How Does Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Systems Work?
Pressurizing the Tap Water
The process begins with applying pressure to your tap water. This is essential to push the water through the entire filtration system.
Pre-Filtration
The pressurized water first moves through pre-filters. These filters remove larger particles like dirt, sediment, and chlorine. This step is important to protect the delicate RO membrane.
The RO Membrane
