We had a whole-home water filtration system installed by Purist Water Filtration just a few days ago, and we are already absolutely loving it!
The difference in our water is incredible. The chlorine smell is completely gone, and the water now smells and tastes amazing. My hair feels softer, my skin feels better, and I love being able to drink confidently from every tap in the house.
The service from start to finish was fantastic. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the installation was seamless.

The best investment for our home!
We recently had whole-house water filtration installed to our home and can't believe we haven't done so sooner.
Adam & the team at Purest Water Filtration were incredibly helpful from beginning to end. The instal team worked through some challenges to locate the entry point for the water to the house, but persevered with no complaints and an exceptional result.
It's only been a few days and we can instantly feel the difference in the water, from drinking to showering.

Leading review for Purest Water Filtration. They installed a whole home filtration system and the whole process was an absolute dream from start to finish.
From the very first contact, everything was easy and personal. Communication was through text message with a real person, not a call centre. You’re actually dealing directly with the people installing the system, unlike some other companies that outsource everything to random contractors.
The plumbers who came out were Purest Water Filtration’s own team, and the workmanship and customer service showed that.
Being a bit of a picky customer, I really didn’t want the system installed out the front of the house. The team went above and beyond to make it happen exactly how I wanted. They installed it neatly behind my side gate and even took the extra step of contacting the original plumber who built the house to locate the main feed line properly so they could install the system in the ideal location.
Pricing was also very competitive compared to others I looked at.
Overall, fantastic customer service, professional installation, and the product itself looks great too, proper stainless steel finish and very clean looking setup.
Highly recommend Purist Water Filtration.
